Holly`s Restaurant and Pub in Michigan City

An extra special dining experience tonight! Not only did the Holly’s ”powers that be“ heed the voice of the customer and change their Chicken Tenders BACK to the previous delicious (addictive) recipe, but my family and I got the Holly’s “family treatment” from all of the veteran Holly’s team that have seen my children grow into teenagers! The wait staff is friendly and courteous, service is quick, restaurant is always clean and smells clean The food is awesome as usual and prices are fair. great selection and a nice place to share some quality time with friends and family or you significant other

I've been going to Holly's for 40 years. We've turn people on to this family own bar and grill restaurant because it's awesome. They set you down with fresh popcorn and wait on you hand and foot. Fantastic.

Super friendly staff and low key for lunch or dinner

The food is always great and plentiful. It comes to the table hot, the staff are great and I don't want to forget about the popcorn.

It's a nice place to dine in the wait staff are very friendly and the price is right for the quality of the food.

One of my favorite locals for sure! Our server, Amy, was great! Loved my soup and amazing grilled cheese with tomato and avocado!! Great family owned local restaurant!!

I think Holly's is one of the best places to go to get a good burger have great service love your popcorn and everything there is always so clean and so nice I love it there

BEEN COMING HERE SINCE I WAS A KID OVER 25 YEARS AGO. NOW THAT I'M BACK IN THE AREA, I'M SO GLAD TO SEE HOLLY'S OFFERS THE IMPOSSIBLE BURGER FOR ME BEING MEAT-FREE. MY BOYFRIEND LIKES THE RUBEN.

I wanted something small (not possible there) and that wasn't greasy or loaded with fat and the2re wasn't much that was healthy. Also, a bit over priced. If you could get half portions or if they had some items that are OK for people who are watching fat intake due to a tendency toward heartburn, that would be great.

Holly's is one of my favorite casual restaurants. I like the fact that I can make a reservation and the table is always ready when I arrive. The host is always friendly and so are the servers. I have to come to know many of them due to regular visits. The food is excellent. My favorites are the teriyaki grilled chicken salad and the Nearly Famous chicken sandwich.The popcorn before the meal is unique and makes a great appetizer really. I have had the owner e-mail me directly which is impressive. Finally, the rewards club is really beneficial for coupons in the mail and earning points for discounts.

Holly's is a great family restaurant. The staff is great and the food is excellent. Also, the prices are very reasonable. Plus you get free popcorn. It is a must stop if you are in Michigan City.

At the first moment you enter this place they give you a nice feeling. Very courteous hosts, it is a lovely restaurant to go out with buddies or with your date. delicious food, specialist chief cook and stuff, decent price and attentive service. Highly recommended.

Very different place compared to others. Serves popcorn on the table right when you get there and chips with your meal, fries cost extra. The chips are iffy in taste and burgers are not very filling. Mozzarella sticks are amazing although. While I was there the smell inside was an awful burnt smell because the popcorn machine is right where everyone sits and the popcorn was burning, would put it somewhere else for a better experience for customers. Otherwise staff is nice and not a bad place to stop by on a trip

Giant burgers & plenty of options to choose from. They give popcorn at each table & it was definitely a hit. They have tator tots!!!

Excellent time at Holly’s Restaurant. Our waitress , Margaret, is friendly, helpful, and we get her every month when we reunite with family for lunch. Food is always prepared to everyone satisfaction. If you are in the area, stop by 👍

Fish was cooked to perfection except it had no seasoning, not even salt. Friendly atmosphere. Otherwise nice place.

Best burger in town and joyous sweet potato fries

Was given a bowl of old stale popcorn when I sat down my pub club that advertised mesquite smoked Turkey came with what I would campare to the cheap carl budding lunch meat from the grocery store for $12 with a $2 up charge for soggy fries and 3 ketchup packets this place is terrible and over priced

Holly's is a great place! I always get carryout and it is always correct and the staff is always friendly and efficient!!

They have decent sized wings and good service.

On my last visit to Holly's, I met a friend for lunch. We hadn't seen each other for a long time. We told the waitress we were in no rush to order lunch. That we needed to catch up with each other. She didn't try and push us. She didn't keep asking us if we were ready to order. She was very good. Of course, when we ordered we had excellent sandwiches. Always good at Holly's.

This place is worth giving a shot. They have big portions for affordable rates. Regularly neat and with fantastic character. Highly recommended.

This was a nice place with good food. I see so much potential. Maybe a fresh coat of paint and some small updates would make a big difference.

food was very good, exception fried combo appetizer over fried. Service was amazing and she was knowledgeable of menu and rewards program. Very busy but wait wasn't bad at all. Good experience and would recommend.

Amazing salads. Needed something light after a day at the beach and they brought out the biggest salad I've ever seen!! 5 stars for their atmosphere, food and service!

Every time we go everything is perfect. Huge Buffalo chicken salad minus the eggs!

Went to Holly's on our lunch break and told the server we only had an hour she got our drinks and our food to us in know time.. always great service and food

Service is always great, food quality is excellent. Popcorn that they give you is always fresh popped. We love the mushrooms, they are huge, with their homemade ranch.

Monday is wing day and Thursday is 2-for-1 margaritas. We love Holly's. Always great service and good food. Their Western Burger is very good as well.

Great food, generous proportions, friendly staff!

Recently I had lunch at Holly’s restaurant and had a fantastic experience. Our waitress was friendly, outgoing, very helpful and attentive to our needs. The menu has such a variety of foods that it was difficult to make a choice. My sister and I each tried something different so that we could try both items. And, we were not disappointed. The food was delivered in a timely manner, hot and delicious. Would highly recommend Holly’s to everyone.

Had another great time @ Holly’s! Tried the Maui Chicken Sandwich w Kettle Chips. The sandwich was good but would have enjoyed it better if the chicken breast patty was fuller/ thicker.

Super clean, super friendly wait staff. Excellent food and you get huge portions. Will definitely go there again. I recommend the bbq pulled pork nachos (and bring someone to share it with).

We called in our order. Our daughter picked it up. Already tired of house arrest! Not as good as seeing all your wait staff especially Erica and Andy but food was great tasted great. Thank you. Although we’re in our 80’s we hope to see you all when this is over. So keep table, I think it’s #22 by the bar window, ready for us. See ya soon ??

Enjoyed the fact that we were able to once again go to the restaurant enjoy the great food and see the wonderful people who work there . They did a great job in a trying time to keep us safe and once again make us feel at home for a great meal.

Free popcorn! Service was excellent, food I had was mediocre at best for the price they charge. I had the Chicago Grill sandwich, which tasted ok but the sour cream threw me off, and I think it could have had more meat. Overall it was good, if I stop by again I will try something different
